Welcome to Nearol, Joinol, and NJAdmin ("we," "our," or "us"). These mobile applications are developed and managed by BopiLtech Services and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, profile info, and payment details.
• Automatically Collected: Device ID, OS version, location (if allowed), app usage, microphone and camera access (for app features).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and improve app functionality
• To personalize the user experience
• For staff reimbursements and internal payment tracking
• For security, fraud prevention, and notifications
• For enabling voice and location-based features

3. Sharing of Data

• No selling of personal data.
• Shared only with:
  • Payment processors & analytics services
  • Legal authorities (as required)
  • Trusted third-party tools (e.g., Google Auth, Firebase)

• Data is encrypted
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel
• Payments are processed securely

• Delete your account and data
• Opt-out of marketing
• Manage permissions for location, mic, camera

6. Tracking and Transparency

We do not track users across other apps or platforms. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is not required.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like Google Maps or Firebase. Please refer to their privacy policies separately.

8. Account Deletion Instructions

1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile > Manage Account
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

Deleted: Your profile, contact info, and preferences
Retained: Legal transaction logs, anonymized stats

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds once a service is accepted or completed in Joinol. Cancellations are not permitted for committed service providers.

10. Shipping & Delivery

All services are digital and fulfilled via the app interface. No physical goods are shipped.

11. Changes to this Policy

You will be notified in the app or via email when significant changes are made.

12. WhatsApp Communication

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to support Nearol and Joinol users and to send account updates.

• What we process: your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, the messages you send us, and any photos, voice notes, videos, documents or locations you choose to share.
• Why: to answer your questions, send updates about your account (for example profile approval status or reminders to complete your profile), and help you use Nearol and Joinol.
• Automated replies: some replies are sent automatically. You can ask to talk to our team at any time.
• Storage: messages and shared files are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authorized staff.
• Opting out: send STOP to stop receiving updates on WhatsApp, and START to receive them again.
• WhatsApp's own processing is covered by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
