Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you from Nearol, Joinol, NJAdmin and our WhatsApp support. These services are operated by BopiLtech Services and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open the Nearol or Joinol app
Go to Profile > Manage Account
Select Delete Account
Confirm deletion

2. Delete your WhatsApp conversation data

If you have chatted with us on WhatsApp, or if you do not have an app account, email us at bopiltech@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number you used. We will delete your messages, shared files (photos, voice notes, videos, documents, locations) and contact details.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your profile, contact details, preferences, WhatsApp messages and shared files.
Kept: records we must keep by law (such as payment and transaction logs) and anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.

4. How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email or WhatsApp.
